If you’re looking for a fun, light romance with a Southern flair, Hope Ramsay‘s Last Chance Knit & Stitch will fit the bill. I love reading about quirky Southern towns and their inhabitants and often imagine what it would be like to live there. Yes, the iconic image of sipping sweet tea while sitting on a porch in a glider, springs to mind. I love receiving books from authors I never read. I’m loathe to admit the number of authors I still need be introduced to, but Susan Wiggs is no longer counted among them. When I received Candlelight Christmas, book 10 in her The Lakeshore Chronicles series, I made the determination to read books one through nine first. I’m so glad I did.
